Andrew W. Eaton

“Probably my greatest asset as a lawyer is helping my clients navigate through the intellectual, emotional, and financial rigors of the litigation process.  If I can successfully tap into my client’s ideas regarding strategy and resolutions, make sure he or she stays calm throughout the process, and do what I can to hold down costs, the entire process will be less painful.”

Andy has represented legal professionals, entrepreneurs, investor groups, startups and existing businesses in a variety of legal matters in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Foltz Martin, Andy represented litigators and transactional attorneys in a variety of legal malpractice matters in state and federal court.
