Jonathan frequently handles a wide variety of contract, real estate, and construction matters, and assists individuals and businesses with complex commercial and business disputes in state and federal courts, arbitrations and mediations. He advises clients on issues involving restrictive covenants, theft of trade secrets, theft and destruction of electronic data and discrimination. He also assists and advises clients on multiple construction-related issues, such as drafting and negotiating construction contracts and resolving liens. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and North Carolina.
During the 2010 Session, Jonathan served as Legal Counsel to the Judiciary Committee of the Georgia House of Representatives, where he advised on the legal, political and constitutional implications of legislation before the Committee.
