Mr. Wilensky primarily represents developers and investors in all phases of commercial transactions, including development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and related loan closings for retail, multi-family, hospitality and office properties.

Prior to joining Foltz Martin, Mr. Wilensky served as the head of acquisitions for a private real estate investment firm that acquired distressed retail properties in the Southeast, and before that practiced commercial real estate law for two of the region’s largest law firms.

Representative Transactions

• Represented resort developer in the acquisition of 2500-acre tract in Eagle County, Colorado for development of private ski resort.
• Represented client in the disposition of landmark office tower, which, at the time of closing, was Atlanta's highest price per square foot sale in the office property category.
• Represented multi-family developer in all phases of acquisition, disposition, development and management of apartment, condominium and mixed-use properties.
• Represented regional retail investor in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of second-generation shopping centers.
